Orders and product information
The product page describes the catalogue edition, contents and price. Please review the catalogue, quantity, delivery address and order total before completing checkout. Completing the payment step places an order with an obligation to pay. An order confirmation is sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
If we discover a stock or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to agree a solution. We will not substitute an edition or increase the agreed price without your consent. If we cannot supply your order, we will refund the amount paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless the store explicitly states otherwise for your destination. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may depend on your location. Payment is processed through the payment providers offered at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery
Catalogue orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and Dutch public holidays. Carrier delivery time is additional and depends on the destination. Please read our shipping policy for destination availability, charges and delivery questions.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt of the last item in your order, as detailed in our return and refund policy. That policy includes the return address, return costs, refund procedure and model withdrawal form. You may also withdraw before delivery. Cancel or return your order online, or contact us directly.
Problems and statutory rights
Your catalogue must conform to the purchase agreement. If it is damaged, incorrect or otherwise faulty, contact us with your order details so we can arrange the remedy required by law, such as replacement or, where applicable, a refund. Necessary return costs for a valid defect claim are paid by Duveen. These rights are separate from the change-of-mind return period.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability where the law does not permit it.
Personal information and updates
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase. Later changes to these terms do not retrospectively alter an existing order.
