Dispatch
Catalogue orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment has been received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.
Delivery times and destinations
The dispatch period is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If your destination is unavailable, please contact us before placing an order.
If there is a delay in dispatch, we will contact you. For updates on a delivery, email us with your order number. Your PostNL tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation.
Shipping charges
Tracked delivery of the catalogue within the Netherlands is free. International orders are sent from Hasselt, the Netherlands, with PostNL track & trace. Each set is shipped in its own parcel, weighing approximately 9.7 kg including packaging. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the destination and number of sets, including VAT where applicable.
Online international shipping rates cover orders of up to 20 sets. For larger international orders, or a destination that is not listed at checkout, please email books@duveen.com for a shipping quote before placing an order.
The shipping charge for your order is displayed at checkout. For delivery outside the European Union, import taxes, duties or carrier clearance charges may apply. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or customs authority.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your catalogue arrives damaged, is incomplete or does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate solution. Duveen remains responsible for delivery until you, or a person you have designated other than the carrier, takes physical possession. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
